The RPi by itself is 35 bucks, but I bought a kit that comes with the power supply, an SDcard with the OS on it, a wifi dongle (I think RPis come standard with built in wifi now), an HDMI cable, and I can't remember what else. I bought an RPi 2, because that's what was available then, but the Model 3 is out now, and it is much more powerful. And probably just about every electronics distributor on the planet! They have sold literally millions of them.
